GOAL
Turn single-channel acquisition into a resilient, high-conversion multichannel distribution strategy
RESULT
+13% average monthly lead growth, +15% higher average order value, and -11 pp less dependence on the main channel
The Challenge
RollerShow, an Argentine company specializing in roller blinds, shades and sun-protection solutions, had a critically concentrated investment in a single channel: over 90% of the budget went to Meta Ads. Lead volume was insufficient and cost per lead kept rising, with no alternative channels to offset digital inflation.
Critical concentration: over 90% of the budget on Meta Ads
Lead volume insufficient to sustain business goals
Cost per lead constantly rising with no channels to offset it
Complete absence from key visual-category platforms (Pinterest, TikTok, Microsoft)
Channel strategies working in isolated silos, with no integration
The Solution
We designed an integrated multichannel acquisition strategy, assigning each platform a specific role within the buying journey so they reinforce each other instead of competing. We added the channels progressively over more than 3 years of joint work.
Combined Meta Ads + Google Ads redesign
We rebuilt the Meta and Google strategies to cover the discovery, consideration and conversion phases, ending the reliance on a single channel to sustain the whole funnel.
Pinterest Ads — visual intent
We added Pinterest as a strategic aesthetic channel to capture visual intent in early stages, ideal for a home-decor product.
TikTok Ads + Microsoft Ads
We launched on TikTok Ads to extend reach with video performance and younger audiences, and activated Microsoft Ads to own search space with lower competition and a lower CPL.
Seasonal optimization and measurement
We continuously optimized the investment mix by seasonality and peak events (Hot Sale, Cyber Monday, Black Friday) on a measurement system that unifies all 5 channels.
